Raymond Hoogendorp

Raymond started drawing and painting at the age of 8 with his first of many art exhibitions at the age of 13.

His abstract work is bubbly and colourful, with its own unique style developed over the years and immediately recognizable.Raymond often uses reliefs, laying the canvasses flat while applying reliefs with acrylic paint and thickener. He then pours paint between these raised contours. Raymond’s signature is also immediately recognizable, as it is quite large and applied with much relief.
